Ailamazyan Program Systems Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences
Abstract: The methodology of distances computation and objects recognition based on computer vision system and a method of the invariant moments is considered in the paper. Proposed a new central moments normalization. Experiments are made and estimates of computation are given.
Keywords: distance computation, recognition, invariant moments, Hu, contour, error estimation, experiment.
