Abstract: In the model of zero radius potential the authors have investigated the influence of external electric field on photoluminescence of a quantum molecule, bound with emtting electron transition from resonance u-state to g-term of $D^-_2$-center involving dissipative tunneling. It is shown that the probability of photoluminescence increases approximately by a factor of a hundred under conditions of external electric field intensity, for which the initially asymmetric double-well oscillatory potential, simulating a quantum molecule, becomes symmetric. The researchers discover high sensitivity of photoluminescence probability to such parameters of dissipative tunneling as temperature, frequency of phonon mode and constant of interaction with coupling media.
