About estimates of the provided (effective) coefficients of transfer equation system in non-uniform environments by physical processes splitting method

This paper considers the problem of determining the provided coefficients for the transfer equations system of parabolic and hyperbolic types taking into account phase transitions in the equilibrium case by the analytical method of splitting into physical processes.
