Аннотация:
Atomic models of carbon nanotubes functionalised by the covalently bonded graphite nanoplatelets are proposed and stability and electronic properties of these new (sp + sp2 + sp3) adducts are studied using the density functional tight-binding theory (DFTB)
method.
