Abstract:
On the basis of numerical simulation of the branching chain process of the decomposition of nitrogen trichloride it has been shown that suitable conditions for providing oscillating regimes are the following: (a) inclusion of adsorption–desorption of NCl3 on the reactor walls; (b) inclusion of nonlinear chain branching and breaking reactions.
