Modeling of crack aggregation in non-equilibrium medium

I. R. Stakhovsky

Institute of Physics of the Earth, Russian Academy of Scienses
Abstract: Lattice model of fracture of polycrystal solid with visco-elastic rheology (rheology of Kelvin body) is worked out and is realized in the form of batch of computer programmes. Model includes numerical solution of visco-elasticity theory problem and takes into account stochastic character of fracture. Graphycal computational analogs of crack configurations are analyzed by the help of multifractal measures theory. It is shown that spectrum of singularities of fractal measure for crack structure doesn't reduce to a single point, so fracture is expected to be multifractal process.
