Abstract:
Here, the detailed study of thermal stability, evolution of morphology and of crystal structure of anodic alumina membranes in temperature range up to 1400$^\circ$С is reported. Thermal properties of anodic aluminum oxide, e.g. thermal expansion, heat capacity and thermal conductivity, are determined experimentally. According to obtained results, anodic alumina membranes arepromising for creation of hi-tech devices operating at high temperatures.
