Thermophysical Properties of Materials

Microdrop – gas phase equilibrium in a small system. Molecular-dynamic investigation

Abstract: An isolated system of $16$ particles situated in a rigid-walled spherical cavity is investigated. It is shown that even in such a small system it is meaningful to speak of a separation into two phases: a liquid drop and a gas.
