Abstract: Basic concepts of the fundamental research direction "Transformation of problems of computational mathematics onto the architecture of computing systems" are considered. We analyze the relation between this direction and various scientific fields associated with computations: analysis of round errors, fast computing, structure of algorithms, parallelizing of programs, design of systolic arrays, etc.
Keywords: parallel computing systems, numerical analysis, fast computations, algorithm structure, parallelizing of programs, systolic arrays.
