Solution of the Neumann problem by Galerkin method

Abstract: The existence to the weak solution of the Neumann problem to the Laplace equation is proved in a space of functions ortogonal to unity. The Galerkin method to this problem is based. The results of a numeric realization of the Galerkin method for the curvilinear trapezoid are discussed.
