Abstract:
A method of computation (a version of Abel–Poisson method of summation of divergent series) of the diagram
of the wave scattered by the vertex of a cone of arbitrary shape is justified. Applying the techniques of parabolic
operators it is shown that the approximation, as well as all its derivatives, converges uniformly in the domain of
regularity of scattering amplitude.
