The program is devoted to a discussion of some results and open issues associated with the application of mathematical methods to problems of quantum technologies, including quantum information theory, quantum control, theory of open quantum systems, quantum cryptography, many-particle quantum systems, as well as related areas of mathematical physics, complex analysis, infinite-dimensional analysis, etc.

The program includes the following activities:

• International Conference "Theory of Functions, Operator Theory and Quantum Information Theory", (June 1–3, 2023, Ufa);
• III International Conference "Mathematical Physics, Dynamical Systems, Infinite-Dimensional Analysis", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of V. S. Vladimirov, the 100th anniversary of L. D. Kudryavtsev and the 85th anniversary of O. G. Smolyanov, (July 5–13, 2023, Moscow Region, Dolgoprudny);
• Conference "Workshop on exactly solvable models of open quantum systems", (September 11–15, 2023, Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow+online);
• Thematic Seminar "Eavesdropping in quantum cryptography and related mathematical problems", (October 30 – December 25, 2023, Steklov Mathematical Institute, Moscow+online).
