The conference is the 6th one in the series "Kolmogorov readings. General control problems and applications" gathering international scientists in the city where the outstanding mathematician, Andrey Nikolaevich Kolmogorov, was born. In 2013, the conference is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of his birthday. Traditionally the –Kolmogorov readings– will mainly focus on general control problems, optimization theory, differential equations and inclusions, mathematical modeling of controlled processes in natural sciences and humanities. There are planned plenary (40 min.) and sectional (20 min.) talks, a school on optimal control aimed to Ph.D. students and young researches, as well as a series of events dedicated to the memory of the great mathematician.
