The conference is the 7th one in the series "Kolmogorov readings. General control problems and applications" gathering international scientists in the city where the outstanding mathematician, Andrey Nikolaevich Kolmogorov, was born.

The main topics of the conference are:

• Calculus of variations and optimal control
• Dynamic objects control, game theory, differential and functional-differential inclusions
• Differential and functional-differential equations
• Applications of control theory and optimization to mathematical simulation
• Methods of nonlinear functional analysis in control and optimization problems
• Using distributed computing and distributed systems for solving control and optimization problems of higher dimension.

There are planned plenary (40 min.) talks, sectional (20 min.) talks, an International school on Multi-valued analysis, convex analysis, and optimal control aimed to Ph.D. students and young researches, and refresher courses.
