The symposium discussed the tasks that relate to both the general theory of differential and functional differential equations, and applications of the theory. Geography of more than fifty scientists, who present research reports at the conference covers the territory of Russia and foreign countries, CIS countries, and gives an representation of what today they develop in differential equations. The materials are of interest not only for specialists, but also for a wide range of scientists, using differential and functional differential equations in thier scientific practice.
