Work at the Institute of Ionosphere AN KAZ USSR from 1973 to the present time.
Defended thesis in 1979 (Tomsk, TSU).
Defended doctoral thesis in 1989 (Moscow IZMIRAN).
Currently head of the Laboratory "Geospace Physics Relations".
