Graduated (1980) from S.P. Korolyov Kuibyshev Aviation Institute (KuAI, presently, Samara State Aerospace University), majoring in Aircraft Engines. Currently he works as the head of Machine Design department of Samara State Aerospace University. Research interests: the tribological properties of materials, damping structures.
