Graduated with honours (1975) from S.P. Korolyov Kuibyshev Aviation Institute (presently, S. P. Korolyov Samara State Aerospace University (SSAU)), majoring in Applied Mathematics. He received his Doctor of Engineering (2000) degrees from Samara State Aerospace University. He is professor, chair of SSAU’s
sub-department software systems SSAU; Director of the School of Computer SSAU. His current research interests include computer-aided design, development and testing of complex software; simulation of parallel computing and global optimization. He has more than 90 scientific publications.
