Biography

Graduated from Samara State University in 1997 (presently – Samara National Reseach University), majoring in «Physics». Currently he is the Vice-Rector for Informatization and Educational Technology in Povolzhskiy State University of Telecommunications and Informatics (PSUTI). Research interests include microwave electrodynamics, metamaterials, optics, image processing.
