Sergei Surin was born in 1963 in the city of Arzamas, in 1987 he graduated with honors from the Radiophysics Faculty of the Gorky State University named after Lobachevsky N.I.
From 1987 to 1994 he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of High-Purity Substances of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Nizhny Novgorod, worked on fiber optics).
In 1993 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at the Institute of General Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, quantum electronics, laser physics).
Since 1994, he has been teaching at the higher educational institutions of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas (since 2004).
Unemployed since 2011.
He worked as a research mathematician (also a teacher of mathematical disciplines in universities), solving applied mathematical problems.
Area of interest: functional analysis, mathematical analysis, mathematical modeling of complex processes, differential equations, mathematical logic, foundations of mathematics and logic, mathematical modeling of dynamic systems, optimization methods, calculus of variations, combinatorics, operations research, dynamic chaos...
All this time he was engaged in research in the field of logical-pragmatic analysis, the foundations of which he himself laid in his book "Metaphysics of the Reliable"
