Качественная теория функционально-дифференциальных уравнений, нелинейные уравнения математической физики, уравнения смешанного типа, интегральные и суммарные уравнения, дифференциальные и разностные уравнения высших порядков, стохастические дифференциальные уравнения, аналитические и приближенные методы решения нелинейных задач оптимального управления, математические модели управления экономикой производственных предприятий.
Научная биография:
В 1980 году окончил математический факультет Ферганского государственного педагогического института (Узб.ССР). Первым учителем в науке был доцент К. Х. Шабадиков, который учил методом ряда Фурье исследовать смешанные задачи для нелинейных дифференциальных уравнений в частных производных.
У профессора Адахимжан Сопуева учился исследовать краевые задачи для дифференциальных уравнений смешанного типа.
В 1991 году поступил в аспирантуру при институте математики АН Кирг. ССР по лаборатории вычислительной математики. Научным руководителем был член-корр. АН СССР, академик АН Кирг. ССР М. И. Иманалиев.
В 1993 году в институте математики НАН Кыргызской Республики защитил кандидатскую диссертацию по качественной теории нелинейных функционально-дифференциальных уравнений с максимумами.
В 2007 году получил аттестат "Доцент математики".
В 2008 году (февраль - май) проходил научную стажировку на мех.-мате МГУ имени М. В. Ломоносова.
В 2013 году окончил докторантуру по кафедре информационно-экономических систем Сибирского государственного аэрокосмического университета имени академика М. Ф. Решетнева. Научным консультантом был профессор С. И. Сенашов.
В 2015 году окончил магистратуру по специальности "Системный анализ и управление" при Сибирском государственном аэрокосмическом университете имени академика М. Ф. Решетнева.
В 2021 году в институте математики имени В. И. Романовского АН Республики Узбекистан защитил докторскую диссертацию по нелокальным краевым задачам для линейных и нелинейных дифференциальных уравнений типа Буссинеска с интегральной правой частью и вырождением ядра.
