Meson Mass Spectrum in 't Hooft's model

I will discuss analytical methods for finding the mass spectrum of bound states in 't Hooft model—2D QCD in the planar limit. It turns out that the integral equation for the spectrum in this theory, known as 't Hooft equation, can be solved exactly in a certain sense. One of our exact results is the discovery of analytical expressions for the spectral sums.
