Neural network based modelling problems for perception systems with associative memory

A new neural network model with its description language is presented. We show both its expression capabilities and examples of use in practice. Based on this model we build a decision making system with associative memory and give results of its use as a part of an automatic control system called “Clever House”. Also a software neural network constructor is presented under this framework which consists of compiler, IDE and running environment. We also describe built-in user communication algorithms for these tools.
