Combinatorial skeletons and equational logic of cobordism category

We introduce a complete set of combinatorial data that encode the category of all $2$-cobordisms. As applications, we show that the local monoids of this category do not have finitely axiomatizable equational theories and construct its von-Neumann-regular extension.
