On the construction of informationally complete measurements

In functional analysis, the frame theory is widely known, which makes it possible to decompose the vectors of a Hilbert space according to a non-orthogonal and not necessarily linearly independent vector system. We are discussing the construction of positive operator-valued measures using frames. The issue of the information completeness of the constructed measures will also be raised.
