Mathematical models of non-elastic deformation and destruction of materials and structural elements; new methods for solving boundary value problems of deformable solid mechanics and fluid and gas mechanics (analytical, approximate, numerical); stochastic mathematical models of non-elastic deformation of structural elements, methods for identifying model parameters with random and deterministic parameters; mathematical models for estimating the residual resourse of structural elements by parametric and catastrophic failure criteria; reliability of mechanical systems with complex rheological properties under quasi-static and cyclic loading conditions; mathematical models of pressing of powder materials.
Biography
V.P. Radchenko is a well-known in Russia scientist and a leader of a scientific school in the field of applied mathematics, mathematical modelling of non-elastic deformation and fracture of materials and structural elements, stochastic boundary value problems of deformable solid body mechanics, methods of individual prediction of the stress-strain state in constructions, mechanics of hardened constructions, strength and reliability of constructions and mechanical systems.
More than 380 scientific papers were published in the field of scientific interests of V.P. Radchenko, including 6 monographs, three of which were published in the central publishing company "Mashinostroenie" (Moscow).
About 26 candidates of science and 3 doctors of science are defended under V.P. Radchenko supervision.
V.P. Radchenko is a member of the Russian National Committee on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (since 2011).
V.P. Radchenko makes a great scientific, organizational and publishing work. He is the editor-in-chief of the journal series Journal of the Samara State Technical University. Series: Physical and Mathematical Sciences (since 1996), a member of the editorial boards of scientific journals, Journal of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University n.a. I.Ya. Yakovlev.
