Features of the transformation of the exciton cathodoluminescence spectra of CdSe epitaxial layers with increasing excitation level

Abstract:
Features of the transformation of the cathodoluminescence spectra of CdSe epitaxial layers with increasing excitation level are studied. It is shown that the spectra at 78 K exhibit the following transformation as the excitation-current density increases: (A-exciton line)-(non-degenerate electron-hole plasma bands)-(degenerate electron-hole plasma bands).
