Abstract:
A simple theoretical model of the radiative recombination in amorphous hydrogenated silicon films containing silicon nanocrystals is suggested. This material is used for the fabrication of modern thin-film solar cells. The calculation results are in good agreement with experimental data on the photoluminescence spectra.
