The stationary demand distribution under partial recovery

Abstract: We deal with the determination of the stationary demand distribution of a consumer which replaces a random amount of details at the beginning of each time period. A constant part of this amount can be repaired and used again. The distribution under consideration is calculated in the case of an exponentially distributed amount of details to be replaced. The demand distribution of $M$ independent consumers is obtained.
